Meet Your Coaches

My coaching comes from a place of empathy and care.

I know firsthand how hard you have to work to pursue high performance. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to help young talents progress to the professional level, to work with professional athletes, and to win trophies along the way. Those experiences shaped a core belief I pass on to every athlete I coach: nothing is given, and shortcuts do not exist.

I also know what it means to give everything and still fall short. Despite years of hard work, I wasn’t good enough to make it as an athlete. That reality didn’t break my motivation, it became it. It’s why I coach the way I do today.

I continue to work relentlessly toward my own goals, learning, refining, and growing no matter how many times I fall short. That mindset is what I aim to transfer to my clients: resilience, ownership, and belief in the process.

My coaching is built on more than a decade of experience on the field with youth, professionals and amateur clubs male and females across different sports, an outstanding network of very successful coaches that I had the honour to meet during my career, and a strong academic background that doesn’t stop with university.

I believe that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard, and that belief, applied consistently, changes outcomes.

Working with me means you’ll have a coach in your corner and your first supporter, someone who will challenge you, guide you, and back you fully. Your results will come first from your commitment and effort, and then from the knowledge, tools, and direction I provide to help you perform at your best.

Coaching, to me, is about helping athletes reach their potential, not just in the short term, but over the long run. I use evidence-based systems, but adapt them to the individual in front of me because no two athletes move, recover, or respond the same. There are no shortcuts, only repeatable processes that develop strength, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Honesty
Progress lives in the grey, not rigid rules. I will be direct and honest with you, and I expect the same. Clear communication allows us to identify limitations early, adjust intelligently, and keep performance moving forward without ego.

Sustainability
High performance demands hard training, but it also demands restraint. We push when it matters and pull back when required. Every phase is planned, evidence-based, and aligned with your ability to recover so progress is not just achieved, but maintained season after season.

Discipline
Discipline is not something you are born with. It is something you build. It is rooted in self-respect, not perfection. Building the ability to make decisions that serve long-term performance, even when they are uncomfortable, is invaluable. Most of the work happens quietly, showing up, following the plan, and doing what you said you would do.

My experience as an athlete (for the last 20 years) has shaped how I coach, but what truly drives me is the care I have for the people I work with. When we work together, your goals matter to me as much as they do to you. You will always have a coach who listens, communicates openly, and is invested in your progress both on and off the field.
